Nicholas Clive Jeavons
Nicholas Clive Jeavons was born in Calcutta on 12 November 1957 and educated at Wolverhampton Grammar School and Tettenhall College. He worked as an engineer and played in the back row for Moseley. He was a try-scorer in the Midlands XV's victory over Australia in 1981 and was also a member of the side that defeated the All Blacks in 1983. Between 1981 and 1983 he gained 14 caps for England at Number 8 and flanker. On the 1983 British Isles' tour of New Zealand he played in six matches.
